Shipping and Returns
Standard USA domestic shipping: usually takes 2-3 days and costs $7.
Just a reminder that you will receive your order anywhere from 2-5 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take up to two days to process your order. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays.
Hawaii, Alaska, PO Boxes, APO/FPO & U.S Territories
We accept orders shipped to PO boxes and APO/FPO or U.S. territories. Orders shipped to these addresses must be sent via USPS Priority Mail service.
International Shipping can take anywhere from 4-9 business days once shipped and costs $18.
ORDERING & PAYMENT
Applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases shipping to California.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit card payments as well as PayPal payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders or direct bank transfers. Note, your account will not be charged until your order actually ships.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
- All exchanges must be made within 7 days of item being delivered.
- Items may only be exchanges if damaged, or incorrect size. If this occurs please email firstname.lastname@example.org a photo of the damaged item and a return label will be sent. Once the damaged item is received, we will then send out the new item.
- Merchandise must be returned/shipped out within 7 days of receipt.
- Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
- Merchandise must have any original tags attached.
- Any merchandise that was purchased on sale cannot be returned.
- Hair accessories, hats, earrings, ear cuffs, underwear/bodysuits cannot be returned.
- All swimwear returns must have hygiene liners still intact.
